My Father In-Law took a trip to Kabul, Afghanistan with the Army Corps of Engineers. He worked for the Corps for about 20 years, and this was the last big job he did before he retired last year. The Corps were tasked with building schools for local girls to begin receiving educations. I sent him an Andre sticker in his care package. Here are the results.
