REJECT FASCISM IN AMERICA: PETITION DONALD TRUMP NOW!
There are millions of peaceful Muslims in America and around the world who deplore Islamic extremist violence as much as Christians deplore Christian extremist violence like the terror wrought by the shooter at the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood. The United States was founded on religious tolerance and diversity. People migrated to the U.S. to escape persecution and prejudice. Persecution and prejudice should be avoided in attitude, but especially in law. Donald Trump is exacerbating fear for his own personal gain. Enlightened Americans need to stand against his brand of hate and stand up for universal personhood. Take a look at the petition and thanks for caring.

More via People For the American Way:
Yesterday, Trump issued a statement calling for a complete and total ban of ALL Muslims entering the U.S. … including tourists, Muslim Americans who have been traveling abroad, even deployed Muslim U.S. soldiers.
We — all of us — need to stand against this pure, unadulterated fascism and say, “No — Not in our country!”
Trump had already called for a national database registry to track all Muslims. Now he is calling for a ban on all Muslims coming to this country, even American Muslims returning home … What’s next, mass expulsions of Americans based on their religion?
Until now, there’s been a tendency to minimize the threat of Trump and his rhetoric out of disbelief that his candidacy was anything but a silly spectacle, or that he could possibly land the Republican nomination for president. But we continue to see that, despite our disbelief, Republican base voters overwhelmingly take him very seriously. We cannot afford to sit by as this goes on for one more day.
