#IFIGHTFOR CAMPAIGN X CREED


My studio, Studio Number One, worked on this #IFIGHTFOR campaign which is a cool hybrid of a social justice campaign with art and marketing, for the film ‘Creed.’ It’s a cool film and they linked up with Big Brothers Big Sisters to highlight a great organization and work to highlight something with substance, like mentoring kids. It’s nice when art, social commentary, commerce, and entertainment can work well together. – Shepard

Studio Number One produced a series of six bold murals, each created to represent communities across America and the beliefs they fight for. The campaign was inspired by #IFIGHTFOR, a call to action tied to the film “Creed” to encourage dialogue about topics impacting today’s citizens. Murals were installed in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Each piece was meant to empower communities by inspiring the youth and bringing people together to fight for common causes and ideals.

“In a city as large and diverse as Los Angeles, the IFightFor Equal Rights mural is a vivid reminder for our mentors, kids, families, staff, volunteers and community of our vision that everyone has equal opportunities to reach his or her full potential in life. The combination of poverty, family breakdown, and other adverse childhood experiences, present very real obstacles for many children and youth in Los Angeles. Despite these odds, we continue to see how the transformative impact of mentoring changes the narrative for youth facing adversity in our city. These kids are continuing their success and achieving beyond all expectations.“
